SALT CAVE

More than relaxation

A salt cave is more than just a place to unwind — it’s a natural way to support your immune system and boost vitality.
The unique microclimate inside promotes physical regeneration, helps manage stress, and benefits the respiratory system.
Doctors increasingly recommend salt cave sessions as a complementary therapy for both treatment and prevention.
Just 50 minutes in this environment can deliver as many valuable minerals to the body as several days by the sea.

The salt cave contains a suitable microclimate that strengthens immunity and stimulates the body’s vital forces. Salt chambers produce and maintain air rich in precious elements, such as:

– iodine-is essential for the proper functioning of the thyroid gland responsible for metabolism and normalization of weight, exhibits

– bactericidal effect;

– magnesium – affects the cardiovascular system;

– iron – an essential component of hemoglobin in the blood;

– calcium – contributes to strengthening the body’s immunity and has a soothing effect on irritation;

– copper – prevents the appearance of ringworm;

– selenium – slows down the aging process of the skin;

– sodium, potassium, chloride – has a beneficial effect on heart function;

– silicon – improves the appearance of skin and hair and strengthens bones.

For the salt cave, it is best to dress in breathable, sporty, comfortable clothes and clean white socks. You can also take a clean towel to sit on.

In order to achieve the desired effect, you should attend such a place twice a week, about 10 treatments in a row.

SAUNas

Feel the warmth Let the tension melt away

The Finnish sauna in our facility offers timeless benefits. With temperatures ranging from 85°C to even 120°C and very low humidity (around 10%), it creates optimal conditions for deep physical regeneration.
The heat is produced by stones heated in a special stove — no water is added — ensuring dry, revitalizing warmth.

Constructed mostly from natural wood, Finnish saunas are often recommended for those with muscular issues, rheumatoid arthritis, spinal inflammation, or bronchial asthma.
They may also be suitable for individuals recovering from a heart attack — but only after at least six months and upon medical approval.

Due to the intensity of the heat, sessions should last no more than 12 minutes, and use is recommended no more than once a week.

  • Before entering: Relax, take a shower and dry off thoroughly (including hair — high heat may damage it).

  • Positioning: Lie flat on the upper bench or sit with your feet at seat level for optimal circulation.

  • Before exiting: Move to a lower bench and rest for 2–3 minutes.

  • After session: Rinse your body with cold water, dry off, and return to the sauna if planning additional rounds.

  • After three cycles: Apply natural oil to your skin and rehydrate — drink about 1 liter of water or juice.

Sauna bathing is an intense thermal experience; it dehydrates the skin and leads to significant fluid loss.
